  3. May 24,  · Too many people use them for 1 or 2 records without using any stiffeners which can warp the vinyl as the flaps folded over on the outside of the cruciform are not % flat. I’ve always used hard card mailers with 2 hard stiffeners, the best I could find & sent vinyl all over the world & quite often I get commended on good packaging. Reply
